We want you to shop with complete confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you change your mind or are not satisfied, you can return your item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We never charge hidden restocking fees. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your purchase, please email support@nexuraauto.com.au, call 1300 103 804, or send a message through our Contact Us page immediately. We will do our absolute best to update your order if you reach out quickly, however, once your order has been processed for dispatch, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
