Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays).

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (AEST).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been handed over to the courier.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: Free

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7 to 12 business days.

  • Total Expected Delivery Time: 8 to 15 business days (Processing + Transit). Please note: Deliveries to regional or remote areas in WA, NT, and TAS may occasionally experience minor delays beyond this window.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real-time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Modifications

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct at checkout. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the information, but once an order has entered processing or dispatch, we cannot redirect it.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will initiate an investigation with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
