At Nexura Auto, we stand behind the quality of our car accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward 30-day return policy is designed to give you peace of mind.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags, parts, and manuals included.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. You can email support@nexuraauto.com.au, call 1300 103 804, or send a message through our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the item arrived defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs upon proof of the shipping receipt.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

5. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it via a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered.

  • Items missing their original packaging or accessories.

  • Gift cards.

7. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
